The title of the book "Acts" in Greek is "praxis" which is where we get the English word PRACTICE!
Our DISCIPLESHIP MINISTRY GROUP is the part of our ministry where we encourage and nurture the PRACTICE being devoted to the "apostles' teaching". This includes teaching and learning the Bible, sharing our faith, serving through missions and much more. Discipleship is about growing in and spreading our faith in Jesus Christ.
Our FELLOWSHIP MINISTRY GROUP is the part of our ministry where we encourage and nurture the PRACTICE, oddly enough...of "fellowship"! Fellowship is sharing things in common, like meals, laughter, music, hobbies and interests. It’s about investing in our relationships with one another.
Our WORSHIP MINISTRY GROUP is the part of our ministry where we encourage and nurture the PRACTICES of "breaking of bread and prayer". Worship is when we try to forget about ourselves and focus only on God for a while. We offer praise, prayer, and thanks all to God’s glory and seek His power through the Holy Spirit to set us free. In worship, we are falling in love with God again and again.
